We require the following to rent any of our equipment:
-Valid ID & Credit Card
-At least 21 years of age
-Proof of insurance
-Self Certification of operator training or completion of training class
-CDL A license if operating equipment over 26k lbs on public roadway.

Yes, you are required to hold liability insurance during the entire duration of the rental. If you already have general liability coverage for your business, you can contact your agent to obtain a Certificate of Insurance naming Mid-Isle Equipment as an additional insured for the equipment being rented. If you do not have existing insurance you can opt-in to our rental damage waiver for an additional fee. Please contact our team with any questions

Renting construction equipment from our business is a straightforward process. Begin by browsing our extensive inventory of construction equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and more. Once you've selected the equipment you need for your project, submit a rental request or contact our team. We'll work with you to confirm availability, discuss rental terms, and provide you with a quote. After we've agreed on the details, we'll arrange for the equipment to be delivered to your project site. When your rental period is complete, we'll coordinate the equipment's pick-up. It's a convenient way to access the machinery you need for your construction projects.

In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact our support team immediately. We have a dedicated service team ready to assist you. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.

Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if your construction project takes longer than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms accordingly. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the equipment you need. We understand that construction schedules can change, and we're here to support your project's evolving needs.
